Reference Committee

Oversight and guidance for BPHI is provided by a multisectoral Reference Committee that was inaugurated in October 2022. It is chaired by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health. The committee is constituted by other high officials from government, private sector, NGOs as well as multilateral institutions. Their mandate includes among others, providing of advice on the development of Legislation, Policies and Strategies for BPHI establishment as a State-Owned Enterprise.
